如何正確選用煤礦井下電纜
正確選用煤礦井下電纜,對于煤礦**是很重要的,通常應遵循以下原則:
1.電纜敷設地點的水平差應與規定的電纜允許敷設水平差相適應。
2.電纜應帶有供保護接地用的足夠截面的導體。
3.嚴禁采用鋁包電纜。
4.必須選用取得煤礦礦用產品**標志的阻燃電纜。
5.電纜主線芯的截面應滿足供電線路負荷的要求。
6.對固定敷設的高壓電纜:
(1)在立井井筒或傾角為45°及其以上的井巷內,應采用聚氯乙烯絕緣粗鋼絲鎧裝聚氯乙烯護套電力電纜、交聯聚乙烯絕緣粗鋼絲
鎧裝聚氯乙烯護套電力電纜;
(2)在立井井筒或傾角為45°及其以下的井巷內,應采用聚氯乙烯絕緣鋼帶或細鋼絲鎧裝聚氯乙烯護套電力電纜、交聯聚乙烯鋼帶
或細鋼絲鎧裝聚氯乙烯護套電力電纜;
(3)在進風豎井、井底車場及其附近、中央變電所至采區變電所之間,可以采用鋁芯電纜;其他地點必須采用銅芯電纜。
7.固定敷設的低壓電纜,應采用MVV鎧裝或非鎧裝電纜或對應電壓等級的移動橡套軟電纜。
8.非固定敷設的高低壓電纜,必須采用符合MT818標準的橡套軟電纜。移動式和手持式電氣設備應使用專用橡套電纜。
9.照明、通信、信號和控制用電纜,應采用鎧裝或非鎧裝通信電纜、橡套電纜或MVV型塑力纜。
10.低壓電纜不應采用鋁芯,采區低壓電纜嚴禁采用鋁芯。
