We have battery PCM/BMS like 16S Lifepo4 Battery PCM 100A Discharge... We ever met a lot of cutomers buying Battery PCM/BMS from OSN Power, but most of them don’t know how to connect Battery PCM/BMS. Here we will take 16S BMS connection wauy as example, pls check following picture:
1.Plug the balancing wire connector into the Battery PCM/BMS, you will see the Battery PCM/BMS marked as B+, B15,B14,B13...B1, B-.
2.Please find the general positive end of YOUR battery pack, and connect the B+ wire to the Your battery pack's general positive end.
3.Connect the B15 wire to the joint of the first cell(negative) and second cell(positive)
4.Connect the B14 wire to the joint of the second cell(negative) and the third cell(positive)
5.Follow the above way until you connect the B1 wire to the joint of the fifteenth cell(negative) and sixteenth cell(positive)
6.The sixteenth cell's negative end is the general negative end, which should be connected to the B- position on the Battery PCM/BMS with an extra wire
7.You also need to use wires to connect P- and C- from the Battery PCM/BMS
P- : You need to connect a black wire to the "P-" of Battery PCM/BMS, and the other red wire will be connected to the battery's general positive end,
these two wires will be one pair of discharge wires, which should be connected to your controller or any other load.
（This pair of wire must be strong enough to support the discharge current.）
C- (CH-) : You need to connect a black wire on the "C-" of Battery PCM/BMS , and the other red wire will be connected to the battery's general positive end, these two wires will be one pair of charge wire, which should be connected to your charger.
Note: as to your bms, P- and CH- is the same port.
